Do I put my nickname for an alias name?

No, you do not include a nickname in the alias name section of your application. 

An alias is a legally recognised name you are also currently known by in the community. This excludes ‘nicknames’ or ‘anglicised names’ you may go by in a social setting, unless these have been represented anywhere on any documentation or provided to any government/law enforcement agencies.
