What happens if I don’t have the required documents?

If you do not have a document to meet the ID requirements which include 1 commencement document, 1 primary document and 2 secondary ID documents, your application progress can be saved and you can retrieve a copy of the required document.

Once you have the document, your application can be resumed and you can upload the document.
