My application is under manual review, can I get a refund?
If your application is currently undergoing manual review, it cannot be withdrawn for a refund.
Express processing applications where manual review is required are entitled to a refund of the Express Processing Fee as the results were not provided within the business hour. Express applicants can ask for a refund under our Express Guarantee by emailing us at support@checked.com.au
Approximately 80% of applications subject to the manual review process will receive their results within 15 business days, however we see most results returned earlier.
Note: The manual review process is designed to ensure accurate results are released and will occur regardless of which provider you choose to lodge your application with.
