How do I speed up/escalate the manual review process?
Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite the process of obtaining your police check result if it's currently under manual review. This is because we do not handle the manual review process, the relevant State/Territory Police agencies where the match occurs are required to undertake the relevant checks in order to complete the manual review process.
The team at Checked are not provided a estimated release date for your specific check, or which specific details of your application has partially matched their databases. Because of this we are only able to provide you with general information about the process.
The team at Checked cannot speed up the manual review process. Requesting to cancel your check and proceeding with another provider will only slow your results down further as all checks are submitted to the Government and police agencies in the same way.
To ensure there is no delay getting your results to you once available, our system checks for updates every 5 seconds. Once received we will notify you of your results via the email provided in your application immediately.
