How will I receive my results?

Once your results are returned, you will receive an email with details of how to retrieve your certificate via a secure link and PDF. If you’re unable to locate this email, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder.

If you requested for a professionally printed copy of your certificate as well via post, this will be sent via post when your results have been released.

If you are having difficulty opening the PDF attachment, we recommend using another device (e.g. laptop or phone) or a different web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari) to access the PDF.   

Note: Our team can resend your certificate to you, so long as your certificate was issued in the last 3 months. If your certificate was issued more than 3 months ago you will need to apply for a new police check.
