How will I receive my results?

Once your results have returned, you will receive an email with your PDF certificate attached. If you’re unable to locate this email, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder. We can resend certificates issued within the last 3 months. If your certificate was issued more than 3 months ago and you are still not able to locate your results in your email - you will need to apply for a new police check.

If you purchased a printed certificate, it will be mailed after your results are released via Australia Post.
