I travelled to Australia on my parent's VISA, where can I find my VISA?
If you originally immigrated under your parents' details, or you arrived in Australia prior to 1980 and have not updated your visa/passport since you will need to contact the Department of Home Affairs directly to request the issue of an electronic visa.

In order to apply for an electronic visa you will require a copy of the original travel document from your arrival in Australia, which serves as the documented record of your residency status in Australia.
If you do not have this record currently, you may be able to retrieve it from the Australian National Archive here.
Once a digital copy of your Visa status has been made available to you, you can upload that to your application as a commencement document.
