Can I complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) on someone else?
No, the applicant themselves must complete the application.
However, you can assist your friend, family member or colleague with completing the application if they require help with taking photos of ID documents, uploading photos to the application, filling in details etc.
The applicant themselves will need to complete specific parts of the application by themselves including taking a selfie holding their ID (an example can be seen in the photo below) and providing their informed consent and signature in the final stage of the application.
NOTE: If the applicant is under 18 years of age a parent/guardian will need to provide their consent and signature to complete the application.
