What types of convictions/offences will appear on my Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) certificate?

Your Nationally Co-Ordinated Criminal History Check Certificate may display any of the following:

  • Charges;
  • Court convictions;
  • Findings of guilt with no conviction;
  • Court appearances;
  • Good behaviour bonds or other Court orders;
  • Pending matters awaiting Court hearing;
  • Traffic offence history; or
  • Warnings and warrants.

We are unable to specify which, or if any of the above will be displayed on your report. When processing your check, the relevant police agencies will consider their states spent conviction legislation, and your purpose when considering what will be disclosed.
