What types of convictions/offences will appear on my Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) certificate?
Your Nationally Co-Ordinated Criminal History Check Certificate may display any of the following:
- Charges
- Court conviction - including any penalty or sentence
- Findings of guilt - without convictions
- Court appearances
- Good behaviour bonds or other court orders
- Pending matters awaiting court hearing
- Traffic offences
We are unable to specify which, or if any of the above will be displayed on your NPC as the relevant Police Agencies review your personal information, the purpose of your check and the relevant spent conviction laws before releasing your information.
