What is a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)?

Previously referred to as a "National Police Check (NPC)" , a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) is a document that will list any disclosable court outcomes or pending charges from the databases of all Australian police jurisdictions.

You're results will display either "no disclosable court outcomes" or "disclosable court outcomes" with a list of the individual outcomes on your record on the date of issue. Any changes made to your record after the time of issue will not be reflected and you will need to request a new certificate to reflect your updated record.

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) may also be referred to as:

  • Nationally Police Check (NPC)
  • National Police History Check (NPHC)
  • National Criminal History Check
  • National Criminal Record
  • National Criminal Record Check
