Can I put multiple roles or companies in the purpose of my police check?

You can only list one role, organisation, or industry on your police check application.

This is because the purpose of the check is used to determine what information can be released, so it must be specific to a single job or role.

A police check is also a point-in-time check, meaning:

• It cannot be reused for different purposes
• It may show a “no disclosable outcomes” result today, but this can change if new offences occur after it is issued

If your circumstances change, you will need to complete a new application for the new role or purpose.
