I’ve paid for the Express service and have not received my results?
If you have paid for an express check and are yet to receive your results, here are some of the reasons why:
- Your application was submitted outside of our business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm). Once our business hours resume, your police check will be actioned within 1 business hour.
- Your application was submitted with less than one hour left in the business day. Checks submitted with less than 1 business hour in the day may roll over into the morning of the next business day.
- We require further information from you regarding the information you submitted in your application e.g. incorrect ID documents uploaded, in this case, an email will have been sent to you.
- Your application has gone under manual review which happens to approximately 30% of applications, you would have received an email notifying you of this and your results will be provided in 1-15 business days (up to 20 business days in special circumstances).
- You did not select the express processing fee option during checkout, meaning the results will instead be processed in accordance with our Standard service (1-2 business days provided no manual review is required).
If you’re still unsure where your check application is, you can ask for an update through live chat or email us at (support@checked.com.au). You will also need to provide your Check ID, which is an 8 digit number starting with a "1", so we can locate your application.
Our Express Guarantee:
"If we don't have your Police Check Processed and lodged to the Official Government System within 1 business hour, we'll refund our Express Processing Fee."
NB: The Government system may still require your check to undergo a further manual review process (approximately 30% of cases) before releasing final results, which can take between 1 - 15 business days.
