Can the gender on my certificate be different to the gender displayed on my ID document?

Yes, the gender on your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) can be different to the gender displayed on any of your ID documents.

You can select “male”, “female”, “non-binary”, “other” or “prefer not to answer/unspecified”.
