Where is my check?

Your application will be in one of the following stages:

• Action Required – Your application has been submitted, but we need more information or documents before we can continue. Please check your email for instructions from our team.
• Submitted – Your application has been received and is waiting to be reviewed and submitted to the Government. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days.
• Manual Review – Your application has been submitted to the Government and has been referred to the relevant police agency for manual review. Most manual reviews are completed within 15 business days.

If you paid for Express processing during checkout, your application will be processed within 1 business hour.
