How do I log in to my business portal?
You can log into your Checked business portal using the following link - https://www.checked.com.au/auth/sign_in
If you have logged into the business portal at least once, you will then be able to log in via our website homepage from there. We also recommend bookmarking or saving the link to your favourites for future use.
I need to add users to my account
To add team members user access to your Checked business portal, the management user for your organisation can reach out to our partnerships team requesting this. We will require the following information when setting up a new user
Full Name
Email Address
Mobile Number
How do I cancel a check request?
There may be an instance where you no longer wish to continue with a candidates application and you wish to cancel the application.
In the Checked business portal, you will be able to cancel unsubmitted application in the "Dashboard" view in the far right column. In some instances you may need to click the "+" dropdown to show this option.
If you don't have access to cancel applications, please contact the management user for your organisation, or you are welcome to reach out to our partnerships team for assistance.
Sending a resume link to my candidates
There may be instances where your candidate has left their application unopened and requires a new link to access their application.
Both the candidate and yourself as an organisation can reach out to our support team to request a new link to be sent out. Our team will require the Check ID to locate the application and have the requested links sent quicker.
What does the different statuses mean in my business portal?
Awaiting Applicant - The check has been created and is yet to be completed or submitted to our team by the applicant
In Progress - The check has been submitted to our team and is awaiting processing by our quality assurance team or has been sent back to the applicant due to insufficient information provided
Completed - The check has been processed to the Government and results have been released
Pending 3rd Party Data - The check has been processed to the Government and is in a Manual review with the relevant Police agencies
Withdrawn - The check has been cancelled/withdrawn, either by the Client or by Checked team (e.g duplicate etc)
How long are the results available in the business portal?
In line with government requirements, you will have access to your candidates’ check results for up to 3 months from the date of issue. After this period, a new check may be required if up-to-date information is needed.

Can I get my candidates checks fast tracked?
Our check turn around times are between 1-2 business days, however, we offer the Express processing option, where all applications are submitted through to our Express queue and processed to the government within 1 business hour.
Note: We are unable to expedite applications that are flagged for Manual review by the relevant police agencies, as this is a standardised government process that is not conducted by Checked. (Even if express processing has been selected)
