How Long Are Checks Valid For?

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (NCCHC) are considered “point-in-time” checks, meaning they are valid only as of the date they are issued.

They do not have a formal expiry date, but organisations may set their own internal policies on how recent a check must be or when they require an updated check.
