How do I verify a national police check provided to me?

To verify a Checked Australia police check, email verifications@checked.com.au with the applicant's name and organisational reference number (found in the check details section of the certificate).

You can also use the "Click here to request instant email verification" link on the certificate.

Note: Police checks older than 12 months cannot be verified, as records are only retained for 12 months in line with the data retention policies for NCCHC checks.
