What if my name is on the back of my citizenship certificate?

If your name is on the back of your Australian citizenship certificate, then we require both sides of the citizenship certificate to verify your identity. You will need to upload a photo of the front and back of your citizenship certificate. 

You can do this by using a creating a single PDF that includes multiple images (front and back of your citizenship certificate) and upload that PDF to the application. Alternatively you can email us at support@checked.com.au and you will need to provide your Check ID which is the 7 digit number starting with “9” or “8” so we can locate your application. This reference number can be found in any past email correspondences.
