What if my name is on the back of my citizenship certificate?

If your name appears on the back of your Australian citizenship certificate, we need both the front and back to verify your identity.

You can either:

Upload both sides together as a single PDF, or
Email support@checked.com.au with your Check ID (a 8-digit number starting with “1") so we can help update your application.
