Do you accept a deed poll?

Deed polls were the original documents used as a to demonstrate a change of name in the past. This means, that if your name was changed prior to 1986 we can accept your deed poll as proof of your name change.

If your name change tool place after 1986 we are unable to accept a deed poll or statutory declaration. You will need to apply for a change of name certificate.
