What types of marriage certificates do you accept?

We can accept Australian or International marriage certificates so long as they meet the following criteria.

Australian marriage certificates:

• Must be issued by Births, Deaths and Marriages.
• The document must be in colour or JP certified if it's in black and white.
• We cannot accept Australian celebrant or church issued marriage certificates.

International Marriage certificates:

• Must be in English OR
• Have a NAATI translation to accompany a document written in a language other than English.
