Can I upload expired documents?

The only expired documents that we can accept include an Australian Passport (provided it has not been expired for more than three years) or where an international passports is provided in order to reference an associated VISA/VEVO document.

If you are using an expired international passport you will be required to upload an additional primary document since that document is not valid.

All other ID documents that are expired cannot not be accepted.
