Can I upload expired documents?

We can only accept expired documents in two cases:

  • An Australian passport, if it expired within the last 3 years
  • An international passport, if it is linked to your current VISA/VEVO

If you use an expired international passport, you must also provide another valid primary ID document.


All other ID documents must be in-date and valid to be accepted.
