Do you accept digital documents e.g. digital licence?

Yes. We accept digital ID documents provided they are current, in colour, and clearly visible, including:

  • Medicare cards
  • Driver licences
  • Proof of Age cards
  • Working with Children Check photo cards

For digital driver licences, upload screenshots showing both the licence number and card number.

Note: Victorian digital licences require you to select the eye/unhide icon to display the card number before taking your screenshot.
